If you want to use multiple names in one gmail account then you just need to add + just before @gmail for example:
yourname+work@gmail.com

Well if you think logically he is kind of right, but mostly he is wrong and who ever think like him are the same. When I went through comment section and saw how many people are taking the side of the factory owner, shocked me. Then I thought, hmmm, no wonder we are having so many problems everywhere. If the factory owner think like that and many of the other people (who are not in the place of the labor) then of course we will have problems, and that's why the factory owner will gather billions and the labours will go hungry.
To make it clear let me give you an example. Well, before I give you the example let me use his own logic and see how stupid it sounds. He said he has invested heavily and he has other responsibilities, well if so why does he even need a labour then? Why can't he do everything with his machines and let his investors do the work too. He has done everything, yet he needs some labours. What does that mean? That means labours are equally important as his machines are. Without machines labours won't have job and without labours machines can't finish the job, if the job is not completed, he can invest trillions and I guarantee you, nothing will happen. And the factory owner don't even have simple understanding that he's willing to give everything that his machines need (electricity and accessories) yet he doesn't want to give what the labours need, if he did then the labours wouldn't ask him the question (it's a simple logic).
Coming to the example that how immoral people like him are, they want to use us (labours) as slaves. Someone (a guy who work as a car mats sewer) told someone that his boss thinks he's (the boss) losing money by giving him minimum wage so it's better for him to give the sewer $0.60 a set (a set mostly includes 4 mats ) so that he (the boss) can save some money. My question is where his saving goes when he pays $3.00+ or maybe $4.00+ to Amazon and eBay? That guy doing the hard work of complex sewing and someone in the middle like Amazon, eBay and government taking 5-6 times more, yet the boss is happy to give them but he thinks he's paying too much to the labour. Really! What kind of nonsense is that!!
In this example you can clearly see who is making the most. Imagine if the sewer didn't sew, would the boss, eBay or Amazon and government get anything? I think the middleman making the most without much work, and they are the beneficiaries. Government should crack down on them for making people's life harder. Well it seems like government is also on their side, because government charges too much taxes in everything and do you think the companies will give that from their own pockets? So, main problem is the government and then the middleman and then greedy bosses.

Recently I've seen many young youtubers making reaction videos of Bangladesh and started showing attachment and love, I'm not sure why, but it's always nice to see people having good relations and live their life peacefully. At the same time I've also seen many Bangalis keep saying we can't have good relation with Pakistan until they apologize. I'm writing this because those uneducated people didn't even bother looking up their history that if Pakistan did apologize or not. This is the first ever time I'm hearing that a country "so called first world country" charges non-citizens for just views of its citizens. If you didn't understand that then let me break it down for you. For example if you have a YouTube channel and you've monetized your videos with adsense, now if visitors from USA watch your videos and you earn money from it you will have to pay 24% of your total revenue if you don't provide your tax info. First I thought they may charge for US earning only, but later I found out that they will charge 24% of your total earnings which is ridiculous and totally f**ked up.
This sh*t I'm hearing for the first time. I think the su**ers at the top (regulators) comparing this to companies which sell stuffs from outside the country (import tax). But I don't really get it. How come those son of a b*****s are so greedy for? People already pay 45% to Google (which is a USA company) is that not enough for them? They use their citizens as an excuse to charge other people yet they don't give a sh*t about their citizens (there are so many homeless people in USA plus so many people are suffering). If they start doing this then what about other countries? Imagine when other countries find out about this and they start doing the same thing (because most countries are slave of that sh*t whole country called USA) what will happen then? Will YouTube sort out the portion for each country?
Privacy issue: They want to get tax info from millions of people who don't even live in USA and not citizens of it. Forget tax info, TikTok had to sell part of it to USA company only because they were gathering user behaviors data (which Google, Facebook, windows do all the time) that's all, yet they (government) thought they (TikTok) are having control over whole country and getting too much info from them. It's all f***ing nonsense. If USA does something then it's fine, but if someone else does it then that's becomes a very big issue. Such a nonsense and double standard mentality.
I simple hate when people use me to earn money but they don't come to help me when I need. That's what exactly happening here.

Well, as you can see many young people are very happy about the Self-checkouts and feeling pretty bad for the old lady. I think the lady is kind of right, although I like new technology but too much of it could be very bad thing. As the lady said, there used to be discount for pumping gas on your own and that's because there used to be someone who pumped gas for you, but slowly they took the discount off as well. So in this case people lost jobs and they are making us do that job without any pay.
Those people who always love new tech (try to be up to date) and don't think about the consequences then they shouldn't cry about something like privacy and stuffs. The other day I was checking my banking app and I got freaked out when I saw how much power they have and I have no choice other then accept it. They got permission of my microphone (so anytime they can listen to me), permission of my Wi-Fi (any time they can turn it on), they can see my text message list (why the f do they need to see my text messages for?), they can access to my photo gallery (so they can take any of my picture and steal it). So this is just for one app, imagine what will happen if you download 10-15 apps.
These uneducated Young people literally destroying social structure through their ignorance, no wonder we are seeing so many jobless and homeless people around the world.The rich people are getting stinky richer and poor people are getting poorer and poorer. Don't worry this system won't last very long when people won't be able to afford to by anything then everything will fall crashing down.

After seeing this result I got shocked. So many peoples are wanting to close their accounts. It must be very frustrating to work on Freelancer then. If you ask is 4ocean legit or scam then the simple answer would be they are not fully scam but in a way yes they are. After watching the video above and many more videos plus reading many comments and visiting their website it's quite clear to me that they are not for cleaning the ocean but filling their pockets with millions of $$$.
Are those Bracelets really worth $20?
Not really. They are not even made 10% from recycle plastics of the ocean, plus they made in China. Maybe cost less than $1 dollar to make, and they charge people $20. If the are really doing what they say then why don't they make those bracelets with the plastics they capture from the ocean? If they are collecting millions of tons of plastics, why don't they sell them and make living out of? There are many questions can raised. So my advise would be don't buy the bracelets if you don't want to fall for the scam. It's also very clear that they are for business and not for getting rid of the pollution (although with business in mind you can be environmentalist) but you shouldn't fool people and scam them.
Here is another example of their suspicions activity. They put ads of their products on Facebook and other sites to grab more innocent people. If they doing something so helpful then why do they have to put ads and waste money. Oh I see, when they put ads they earn more so this all about business.

Recently MrBeast celebrated his 40million subscribers mark by giving away 40 cars. Some people might think this is fake and he probably didn't give all those cars away. Well, you can think like that, but in reality it can be quite different. It's not normal for someone to spend so much money and give all away for nothing (seemingly), but actually he is a genius guy. He does this to get more views and subscribers (after some time those subscribers become hardcore fans).
What's the reason behind doing this and how does he manage?
Well, as I said before he does this to get more views and subscribers and this is his model of business. What ever he earns, he spends quite a lot in his videos to get even bigger return. So doing something like this is not big deal for him now.
Let me give you an example here. In the comment section of this video he says "I was able to afford this because you guys bought the 40 mil merch! Thank you so much!!!" so imagine if he only profits $1.00 each of those 40 million merch, he would've profited 40 million dollars. And now you minus 2 or maybe 3 million for those 40 cars, he still has 39 million to play with.
Before I didn't used to like MrBeast, because I used to think that he does these for views and money but now I've started liking him because although he does it for money still many people are benefiting from it. I didn't see any big youtuber gives away so much money. He is a great inspiration for many people.
After watching the video I quickly search on eBay to see if anyone selling the padlock or not. And surely I've found quite some people are selling it. I've found one seller selling it for £249.00 and 5 people bought it from him. I feel really bad for those customers. They don't really know how easily the lock can be picked. After watching some videos and seeing them wrongly explaining what CPM means on YouTube I thought let me Google it and see what other people are saying about it. I've clicked few links and then found out even they are not explaining properly either, so I thought let me just write it for people to understand it more clearly.
Although after some digging I've found that Google itself wrote about it, but many people can't easily find it out. Over here I'll share what Google said and explain it with an example.

So what CPM really means?
Well before we bring CPM, let's bring RPM and compare between them so that it will be easier to understand.
" CPM is the cost per 1000 ad impressions before YouTube's revenue share. RPM is your total revenue (after YouTube's revenue share) per 1000 views." Remember Youtube takes 45% what you actually earn and you get 55%. Don't worry I'll explain it with an example, before we do I that let's see what else we can find out between them.

So now we found out that CPM is mostly for Advertisers and RPM for content creators, this is why you can't really calculate your CPM properly on YouTube.
By the way there is another CPM on YouTube which can be calculated quite accurately and that's Playback-based CPM. In fact if you know the amount of Playback-based CPM (the amount you get if 1000 ads shown) and Monetized Playbacks, then you can accurately find out how much you've actually earned from that video.
How do you calculate the actual earning amount?
OK, let's take the top video in the picture as an example. It's got 1500 Monetized Playbacks, at rate of $4.12. So if you divide $4.12 in 1000 you get 0.00412 multiply by 1500 = $6.18. So the actual earning amount of that video was $6.18. Now let's divide it by 100 = 0.0618 multiply by 55 (content creator gets 55%) = $3.39 which is pretty close as you can see in the estimated revenue says $3.41.
Calculating RPM:
To calculate RPM is the easiest thing. You just take the amount of earning after sharing with YouTube and divide it by total views and then multiply by 1000 and that's your RPM for that video or your total earnings...
For example: Let's take the first video as an example. So $3.41 was the earning after sharing with YouTube so divide that with total views 2855 = $0.0011943958 multiply by 1000 = $1.19... so as you can see this is quite close to $1.25 RPM. Remember YouTube doesn't show accurate calculations so you always see estimated amounts that's why it's not possible for us to calculate exactly how YouTube does it.
After watching the video I thought I must share this here. I've found this ad hilarious and funny plus it's very very expensive and useless bottle. They claim that every time you drink from it they will pic up a plastic bottle from the beach. By saying that they wanted to grab attention of people like us who care about the planet and don't try to pollute it. At the same time they try to get data from millions of people.
Here are some comments, I think you will like them.
1. For people who are too lazy to actually think about and do something for the environment, but want the feeling of entitlement anyway. "look at me, I'm drinking water from this bottle AND saving the planet at the same time. that means I am a GREAT human being! Are you? I guess you aren't, I don't see YOUR smart bottle, you polluter!" XD
2. Now google will know how and when we drink water too! We will get ads from water companies XD
3. And what about the "environmental costs" to adding a sensor and a transmitter to each water bottle? Something smells funny about this commercial

Well, I'm writing this because after seeing some Banglish (Bangla with English alphabets) made me go crazy. I found very hard to make sense of those writings, so I thought what's wrong with it and tried to dive a bit deeper.
So I opened Google map and started comparing the names. So after comparing hundreds of names I found that people who wrote the names on the map didn't have clue how to spell them so they just wrote however they felt like. Maybe this caused confusion to normal people and then they started writing how ever they felt like causing more confusions among people.
I've also seen this written confusions in social media like TikTok, Facebook and YouTube. So I thought why not put this cause of confusion and tell people to write with the right alphabets.
Here is the example 1: As you know that the letter a sounds like a. Well it's very difficult to explain in writing. Just imagine a sound in word "fast". So names below all sound like the letter a.
Here is the example 2: They also pronounce it like o (like o in the word "top"). As you can see in the below names, but funny thing is there are many names with 2 (aa) in one word and they pronounce one as A sound and another as O sound. Imagine how confusing that can get.
Here is the example 3: They pronounce the letter o as o (like o in the word "top") as normally people would do, as you can see the names with letter o with o sound below. So my question is if you use letter O for O sound then why do you have to use A as O sound? I think this is the thing which causing big confusion.
