Hmm, this what I was thinking for years, but who gives a sh*t what people like me say some thing like that. I think if someone's got experience in something then let him do that, don't look down on him. Not everyone is capable of everything. When you go to car mechanics, (specially in developing countries) you will find many of them don't have certificates yet they can sort everything out just like a professional mechanic. Because they learned from other expert mechanics. So would you just kick him out just because he doesn't have certificate and bring someone who has certificate but doesn't know jack sh*t. Learn to respect people and don't look down on anyone, who knows what capabilities he has.
