It's a shame that councils in the UK charge local people extra for canals, lakes and parks yet this video shows how they care about them. It seems like local people have to pay extra yet they also need to go and clean it by themselves and spend more from their own pockets. If so then why local people have to pay extra council tax, I simply don't understand. If they can't take care of, then why don't they just leave it and not charge people money just for sake of it.
